Training is half the problem. Being seen is the other half.
Our casting arm exists to close that second gap. We represent performers we have trained and can vouch for, and we put them in front of the productions looking for exactly them.
Two doors: performers looking for representation, and producers or casting directors looking for talent.
We only put a performer forward when we would be happy to be judged by their work.

Representation starts with proof
It begins with our own graduates — we know what they can do because we trained them. Performers from outside the academy are welcome to be considered by audition.
For producers
Send the brief, not a shortlist request
Give us the role, format, language and timeline, and we come back with performers who genuinely fit rather than a full roster to sift through. Voice briefs welcome — our artists record in-house.
